Your Responsibilities
- Find potential clients who need websites, business software, SaaS, automation or AI solutions
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their business requirements
- Introduce and sell SharpCodeIT's software products and development services
- Follow up with leads and help convert potential clients into projects
- Learn how real client projects are planned, developed and delivered
- Work closely with the team and continuously improve your AI, software and communication skills
Training Will Be Provided
Previous professional experience is not mandatory. You will receive training on:
- How to find software clients in Bangladesh and international markets
- How to approach and communicate professionally with potential clients
- Client acquisition, follow-up and software sales techniques
- How to understand a client's business problem and recommend the right solution
- How to use modern AI tools for software development
- How to use AI to develop and implement software faster and more efficiently
Practical AI Development Training
Selected interns receive structured training — 2 days every week, 2 hours per session — focused on how to use modern AI tools to plan, develop and implement real-world software solutions.
Flexible & Student-Friendly
Work-from-home opportunities are available. Working hours are 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (approximately 8 hours daily), Saturday to Thursday. We welcome students — flexible leave is available for exams and important academic commitments.
Career & Promotion Opportunity
This is more than a short-term internship. After 2 months, interns who demonstrate strong skills, creativity, consistency, learning ability, communication and performance may be considered for promotion to a long-term position with increased responsibilities and better compensation.
