Will this part work with my current PC?

Send us your current configuration on WhatsApp — motherboard model, PSU wattage and case — and we will confirm socket, form factor, power headroom and clearance before you pay. It takes us two minutes and saves you a return.

Is the warranty official or shop warranty?

Official distributor warranty for Bangladesh, claimed through the brand’s own authorised service centre. We record the serial against your invoice at the counter, so you never have to hunt for a receipt to make a claim.

What is the warranty period?

It varies by part: processors and PSUs are typically 3 years, graphics cards and motherboards 2–3 years, SSDs 3–5 years, peripherals 1–2 years. The exact period is printed on each product page.

Do you assemble the PC for me?

Yes — free assembly, cable management, BIOS setup and an overnight stress test on any full build bought from us. Bring your own parts and we charge a small bench fee instead.

What if a part is dead on arrival?

Report it within 7 days and we replace it directly, no service-centre queue. After 7 days the claim goes through the brand service centre, which we file on your behalf if you are in Dhaka.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes for orders up to ৳30,000. Above that we ship insured and ask for partial advance via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer — a courier refusing a ৳140,000 laptop parcel is a risk neither of us should carry.

Are the prices negotiable?

Our listed prices are already close to the floor, which is why we do not run fake “discounts”. On a full build we will usually do better on peripherals — ask when you send your configuration.

Do prices change often?

Yes. Component prices track the dollar rate and import duty, sometimes weekly. The price shown when you place your order is the price we honour, even if it rises before dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Use the “Track Order” page with your order number and the mobile number you ordered with. You will also get the courier tracking code once your parcel is dispatched.
