Dead on arrival — 7 days

If a part does not work out of the box, tell us within 7 days and we replace it directly. No service-centre queue, no forms. Record an unboxing and first-boot video where you can — it settles the claim immediately.

After 7 days — official service centre

The manufacturer's warranty runs through the brand's authorised Bangladesh service centre. We recorded your serial against the invoice at purchase, so you do not need to keep the receipt. If you are in Dhaka we will file the claim on your behalf.

Typical warranty periods

Not covered

• Physical damage — cracked PCB, bent CPU pins, snapped ports
• Burn marks or damage caused by an unstable or under-rated power supply
• Water, moisture and rodent damage
• Removed, defaced or tampered warranty stickers and serials
• Overclocking beyond the manufacturer's rated limits

Change of mind

Components are not returnable once the anti-static bag is opened, because we cannot resell them as new. This is exactly why we insist on a free compatibility check before you order.
