Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone and re-check compatibility before dispatch; an order is only binding once confirmed. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or the address cannot be served.

Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Component prices track the dollar rate and import duty and can change weekly. The price shown when you place your order is the price we honour, even if the market moves before dispatch.

Performance claims

Frame rates, benchmark scores and transfer speeds quoted on product pages are manufacturer figures or our own test-bench results. Your numbers depend on the rest of your system, your thermals and your settings; a lower result on different hardware is not a defect.

Compatibility

Where we have confirmed a part fits your stated configuration in writing, we stand behind it — if it does not fit, we replace or refund it. Where you ordered without a check, compatibility is your responsibility, because an opened component cannot be resold as new.

Repeated refusal

Customers who repeatedly refuse to receive confirmed Cash on Delivery parcels may be asked to pay in advance on future orders.
