Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch; an order is only binding once confirmed. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or the address cannot be served.

Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Product images

We photograph our own stock. Slight colour variation may occur due to screen settings and lighting; this is not considered a defect.

Repeated refusal

Customers who repeatedly refuse to receive confirmed Cash on Delivery parcels may be asked to pay in advance on future orders.
