Return & Exchange Policy

7 day exchange

You may exchange any product within 7 days of delivery if the size or colour is not right, provided the product is unused, unwashed and the original tag is intact.

Damaged or wrong product

If you received a damaged or wrong item we will replace it free of cost, including the return courier charge. Please record an unboxing video — it is the fastest way for us to approve your claim.

Refunds

Where a replacement is not possible we refund the full product price via bKash or Nagad within 3–5 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

• Products without the original tag or packaging
• Innerwear, cosmetics and clearance items
